Trend Micro decided to host their annual conference, CloudSec 2018 in Mumbai. For the event, they called over 700 delegates to discuss the latest cybersecurity technologies.
On the day, the registration process was seamless with a robust framework to segment audience who had pre-registered as compared to on-the-spot registrations. Using a QR code for the entire registration process helped us complete the process at the rate of under 30 seconds per registration.
Badges were printed at the time of registration to minimize material wastage. Overall, the process helped create a positive experience for all attendees present.
