Registration QR code scanning
To facilitate registration, we send a confirmation email and SMS to delegates along with a link to make edits to their personal information.
We also include a QR Code which can be shown at the registration counter for automated instant printing of badges or certificates. Self check-in counters can be used to reduce human assistance required.

Real Time Delegate Check In
Get real-time statistics on how many people have checked with segmented data such as region-wise and state-wise breakdown of delegates.

Automated Contact Exchange
An event is an opportunity for contact exchange. Through our proprietary QR Code Contact Exchange facility, independent counters can now get data of the delegates visiting their booth in real-time just by scanning the QR Code on the badge. Taking this further, we can even export that data to XLS for easy reference and follow ups.
