AWS Summit Mumbai 2018
This was the third consecutive AWS Summit in Mumbai and easily the largest IT user event in India. The one day event witnessed the presence of over 5000 delegates.
To manage such an extensive attendee list, we focused on creating a dynamic data management system using QR codes to facilitate delegate registration.
QR codes also had to be scanned at sponsor booths, workshops and at sessions to track delegate visits and have an overview of delegate activities.
At the end of the event, the QR codes were also used to track and maintain delegate giveaways and keep track of the inventory available at the event in real-time.
